COA Color Block Hi-Low Blouse

This blouse is a brand size 3 which is probably equal to large or XL with measurements of 23 inches from pit to pit and has a length of 30 inches. It is in good used condition. The color looks black to me or could be that really dark navy which looks almost black, hard to tell.
