Features a ruffled v-neckline that lays on the shoulders creating little cap sleeves, fixed satin bow, empire waist trimmed in more satin, and a-line silhouette with ruffled hem. Comes in a black polka dot mesh overlay with an acetate lining. Back zipper closure. No brand tag or size label. Please refer to measurements in photos for accurate fit and note they do not stretch. C O N D I T I O N Good condition with minor flaws. The satin ribbon ends are fraying and there's are blue spots on the lining that transferred onto a polka dot as well.
