This is a brand new, with tags attached, sequin dress. It has short sleeves and a neckline that “V’s” in the front and in the back. The dress is a “pull-over-the-head” style, and is 100% polyester, but the dress has quite a lot stretch to it. Measurements were taken with the measuring tape gently pulled around the mannequin.
