Vintage C&A 60s/70s Pink Mini Dress with Neck Tie

Short sleeve vintage mini dress with collar, zip up front, and tie detail at the neck. This dress has a really great shape with a flared skirt. I’m a size 4 and wore this for an oversized look, but I believe it would fit up to size 8. Please check measurements for details. Bust: 40” Hips: 42” Shoulder seam to hem: about 33”
