Estate 14k Gold Pearl and Blue Gemstone Ring

14k gold ring featuring a central pearl surrounded by blue gemstones. Size 5, does have gold insert in band to make size smaller which can be removed by a jeweler to slightly enlarge the ring to maybe a 5.5. Weighs approximately 8 grams.
