80s 90s Vintage Striped Tie Neck Button Down Blouse Neutral Estimated Size Medium It has a slightly puffed sleeve and mostly hidden button placket. The fabric is not sheer. Good used condition with no snags, spots or holes. Fabric does have a consistent texture that reads mild pilling to me, but it's subtle.
