Vintage 1930s Peking Glass Floral Necklace

(This piece needs repair and is being sold as-is!) This vintage necklace is made of a gold/brass tone metal with a c clasp closure, and comes to us from 1920s-1940s China. The chain is made of linked hollow brass/brass tone spheres that graduate from 3-6mm. The pendant is a horizontal oval of green molded Peking glass made to imitate the look of jade. There appears to have been paint on the front (red and yellow visible), though most of it is now gone. The back of the glass has a sparkly, crystalline appearance which would have been created while it was in the mold. The necklace has wear throughout, obviously including the required repair, as well as paint loss, tone darkening in the metal, and some superficial marks in the back of the glass.
