Forever 21 Deep Wine V-Neck Sweater

Stylish V-neck sweater with choker detail. Perfect for layering. Soft and comfortable. It says that it’s size small. But to me it looks like a medium unless you will wear it loosely. I have no idea what the choker/neck part size is. Like I said. I feel like this sweater is for people bigger than a small.
