Approximately 18 inches across chest as well as empire waist line. Approximately 32 from top of shoulder to bottom. I am petite so it is a dress for me but can be used as a long top as well over leggings or skirt / tights . Fabric does not have much stretch. It is Lined underneath and has a slit in back. Great condition.
