Still In original package, partially opened. No box, sealed plastic only. Figure has been opened but accessories are still sealed. I do not see any manufacturers marking on the figure, so cannot say this is an authentic brand. It appears very well made and I was able to find the same style on a popular online shopping site for about 20 dollars more than the price here.
