@vixenfrance I'll give my measurements, as that might be better. My bust is 46", my waist is 38", and my hips are 46" as well. The dress is a very thick but stretchy material, so it definitely has some give if your measurements are different from mine. I'm not sure if I'd say it fits like a true 2xl though.
