Threaded Floral Ribbon Cornflower Blue Leather Belt

This feminine belt has cornflower blue leather with floral ribbon threaded throughout and small antique wash silver metal grommets and buckle. The original tag has been cut off, but I have included the measurements below. The only sign of wear is at the base of the prong, please zoom and review the close-up picture of the buckle.
