Vintage Handmade 1920s Style Flapper Inspired Black Fringe Midi Dress

Elegant black satin like material….midi dress with fringe details. Features a deep V-neckline and subtle sparkle. Perfect for evening wear. This dress appears to be handmade…..it is lined. No tags…. See measurements as I used them to guess on sizing! I don’t know if sheer piece at deep v neckline is original or was added. It needs to be stitched at the top…. Otherwise it is in great condition.
