Materials and Measurements Blue floral viscose blend (68% Viscose, 32% Polyester). Hourglass. Sleeveless. Halter neck. Tie closure. 53.5" from shoulder to hemline. Imported. There are some tiny snags as shown in the photos. They don’t go all the way through but you can see some of the color underneath coming through.
