Little People/Fisher Price by Mattel.  This is the Passenger Sounds Train dated 2016.  The only two pieces I have are the engine and the car, and you are getting them both!! It requires three AAA batteries to operate; batteries are not included.  Please see the video for a sample of what it says!! Together, the length is 13 1/2", 5" tall, and 3 1/4" deep.
