Vintage 90s Express cotton floral sheath dress, size 9

Bright flowers 🌺, and a fitted cut on this size 9 sheath dress by Express. 96% cotton and 3% spandex, with buttons up the back and back hem slit. Bust is 35", waist 29", hips 35", with lots of stretch. Length is 33". 🦊 For reference, I am 5’4”, and wear small-med in standard sizing. I wear med-Large in Juniors.
