Hi. It is EU 40, which according to Desigual website fits USA size 10 / 12.

And according to Poshmark chart, it fits an US 8. I listed the measurements in the description so that you can make sure it fits your measurements: waist 15.5" flat (31" round), hips 20.5" flat (41 round), length 19".
