Vintage Solid sterling silver, faux pearl, marcasite and gemstone brooch/pin!

I found this at an estate and I knew it was special. I acid tested this piece and it came back as sterling silver. There's marcasite throughout the flowers and basket with around 5mm and 3mm faux pearls. Then there are three, 3mm faceted round cut gemstones in the piece as well: Citrine, Peridot and amethyst.
