Vintage 1990s butter yellow flowy chiffon skirt by Gloria Vanderbilt. Has a lining but it’s still slightly sheer. Marked medium but that must be if it’s meant to be low waisted, can also fit a large, see last pics for measurements. Hits just above the knee on me, I’m 5’7. Good condition, 100% polyester.
