Does it button closed?! Does it run small? What is the length and what is chest measurement please?

@ggwe2000 Hi. No there are not any buttons to close. I worn a belt The length is 51”. No it does not run small if anything it is quite roomy. It measures 25” pit to pit. I’m 5’2” and it came almost to my ankles.
