High waist tulip skirt whimsigoth red floral gothic mesh Le Chateau

Gorgeous dressy high waisted vintage skirt from Le Chateau. This skirt has 3 layers: a lining layer with a tulle ruffle for extra volume, a red satin layer, and a black mesh layer with a floral design. This skirt can work as part of a formal outfit as well as it works for everyday looks! There are loops for a waistband but the matching belt has vanished so you could pair with any belt or just cut off the loops. There are a couple small stains on the red satin layer that do not show through the mesh, please see last photo for closeup.
