This is a vintage 1970s "Young Innocent by Arpeja" maxi dress. It is a long-sleeved, yellow dress with a colorful striped band across the chest. The dress has a simple, A-line silhouette and a high neckline with high side slits up both sides. The "Young Innocent" line was known for its bohemian and youthful design.
