Polagram Pink and Teal Floral short Sleeve Dress1X

Beautiful teal and pink floral dress by Polagram. Dress has fully smocked chest and back. It also has two side seam pockets and the skirt is lined. Sleeves feature a puff sleeve style and have elastic that is not too tight. Was only worn once so it’s like new. Polyester and hand wash cold. Measurements when laying flat: Waist- 18 inches P2P 20 inches The top is fully smocked and very stretchy.
