Dress4Dance White Fringe Dance Ballroom Dress with Rhinestones and pearls

Dress4Dance custom white fringe dance dress adorned with rhinestones and pearls. Perfect for ballroom and Latin performances. I only competed in this dress twice. The feathers are less white because of tanner, they are fully detachable and replaceable. The costume has been cleaned. I’m a size 6 and it can stretch to fit sizes 2-8.
