Low-rise silk Y2K Mossimo tiered midi skirt in washed black

It's a beautiful 100% silk skirt, super lightweight and flowy with a slight silky shine to it. It measures 14.5 inches across and is worn around the hip bones, and has just the right amount of stretch to accommodate hips in the size small range. It's 24 inches long, which hits a bit below the knees on my 5 foot 7 frame, but of course will vary depending on your height. I'm listing it as black/blue because it's a washed black color irl, with ever so slight blue tints when the light catches it. There's a tiny irregularity in the silk of a few mm (see 3rd pic).
