Sheer 70’s Dress

Sheer 70’s Dress. White and Navy blue. Small stain on back of skirt. I haven’t tried to treat. Elastic needs repaired on front right of dress. You can access where the elastic is. It should be an easy fix. You can also say forget it and just tie this piece. It has its Navy Blue belt. Would make for an amazing swimsuit cover. Tagged a size 20.5 Approximate Measurements: Lots of stretch! PTP- 20-24” Waist- 24-29” Length- 43”
