J.Crew Flutter Sleeve Top

J.crew embroidered flutter-sleeve blouse in stretch cotton poplin. Pure white with blue embroidery. New with tags, never worn. There is some yellow marks on the inside neck hem from my makeup when trying it on but I think that should come out when washed. Also isn’t visible when worn. Smoke-free, pet-free home.
