Vintage Floral Women's Dress size 4

Adorable pink, purple, and blue floral vintage dress. The bottom is lined, not the top. In excellent used condition. The fabric is sort of perforated and there is one small spot where the perforation is a little loose, not quite a hole, see photos. It’s on the elastic waist so it’s not noticeable. Approximately size 4. Shoulder to waist 16” Waist to bottom 27” Waist 12”, elastic can be stretched to 19.5” Pit to pit (see photo) 17.5”
