A rare and vibrant pre-war Royal Albert gem! This hand-painted Hollyhocks teacup and saucer set (pattern #2475) showcases bold, multi-color bell-shaped blooms in pink, purple, blue, and yellow with dramatic black shading and fresh green leaves. Finished with 24K gold scalloped rims and trim on the elegant Countess shape. Authentic backstamp: ROYAL ALBERT Bone China ENGLAND 2475 Condition: EXCELLENT NO chips, cracks, or crazing. Interior of cup shows a few light vmarks (visible in macro photos) very minor and typical for a gently used 80+ year old piece. Gold trim is 98%+ intact with only microscopic rubbing under close inspection. Colors remain bright and unfaded, exterior is pristine.
