These are preowned Abercrombie & Fitch vintage gray sweatpants from the early 2000. They feature a patch with "A&F" and the year "1892" on the upper left leg. They have an elastic waistband with a drawstring for an adjustable fit. Please note they have a spot on the back near the butt. I took upclose images of it.
