Sheer Burgundy Blouse

This top has been a fall and winter staple for so long in my closet. Only worn a few times a year but the style is so elegant, flattering and timeless. Slightly peplum/babydoll fit to emphasize the waist and a cute tie around the neck. Perfect for work or a night out. It’s been washed and loved and still looks like new. IT IS SHEER. It’s from Forever 21, so per usual, there are little strings along the seams that show-I have always just left them as you can’t see any imperfections when it’s on.
