Cute hand blown art glass penguin and baby figurine. I think its a mom and baby. No labels to confirm but is like murano Italian glass. Is definitely hand made, has the imperfections and unique shaping that comes from being hand made or hand blown. Both birds have a tiny mark on the bottom... likely a punty mark. Another sign of being artisan hand made. I love that this piece is so small, just 2.25 inches . But has 5 colors incorporated and has the added tiny baby penguin. The two tone green scarves seem like they would be so difficult on such a tiny piece. I have had this little guy for awhile and was told when I purchased him at an estate sale that he's from the 90s.
