One naturally occurring thinning spot shown in last pic located on the inside of one arm. Single hook & eye closure. Extremely well made with no expense spared. Measures 40 chest, 38 waist, 42 hips, 46 length from shoulder. 21 in sleeve length. Extra clean but has a storage scent.
