Vintage Brilliant Cut Glass Sugar Bowl With Lid and Creamer (Matching Pair) There is a very small rough spot, not a chip I don't think, on the lip of the creamer that you can feel if you run your nail over it. Additionally, there is a small imperfection in the sugar bowl that is highlighted in the middle of one of the photos; it almost looks like a bubble in the glass.
