Harlow - Penny Solid slip dress

EUC - like new Deep burgundy/claret color So I am 1000% certain I bought this dress at the Lucky store (also bought the black one). But the label says ‘Harlow’(?). And there is no care label so it’s very confusing. Anyway…. Drapery 100% lyocell A-line mini dress. Adjustable shoulder ties. There is a half slip (top half). It’s very flowy. There is no size tag either but my best guess is a large. Please check all measurements in the photos.
