I have no idea what this is or who makes it but it’s amazing. It has no tags, but appears to be silk, intricately pleated, quilted and sequined. The jacket has shoulder pads so it could be 80s Cavalli. It also looks similar to some Tom Ford pieces. It could also be Chicos who knows!
