Made in USA, Black Owned/Founded. I have had this in my closet for years, but never had the nerve to wear it cos it’s so sexy. But it is very flattering! I have added one picture that shows what might be a mark, maybe? I can’t tell if it really is because the fabric color shifts when it moves. It’s in excellent unworn condition.
