Do you by chance know if the L Born Scum shirts are true large as like a medium/large or a large/ extra large?

I am 6’ 215lbs and still wear a lot of large but it really varies on the shirt quality and all that ya know lol. I won’t put a lot of my shirts in the dryer because when I do they become un wearable smh.. thanks for getting back to me
