It's either 10 or 14Kt, not fake, I will check with my jeweler, it's all real.

I checked these under my loop, they are stamped 925 which is pure sterling, not 10Kt, so I edited the listing and changed / lowered the price. The diamonds and the amethysts are real. This is from Macy's fine jewelry department, in the case section.
