ihopesew918 @jaceeally1130 it has Permatease. It’s not hand tied. It’s an icy ashy blonde color - nice wig but I have one and did not return Amazon within 30 days. I think Amazon wigs wiginway way and lydell are nice wigs that are short shags. This one is either of those.
