NWOT | Aran Traditions Grey Cable Knit Snood & Headband & Fingerless Mittens

This one-of-a-kind winter accessory set from Aran Traditions: Island Heritage Workshop was purchased in Scotland in 2018 and never used. The Classic Cable Fingerless Gloves, Snood, and Headband are handmade using the traditional Aran cable and diamond design in soft, cozy, 3GG knit. The tan leather brand logo is carefully hand-stitched onto each piece, reflecting Aran Traditions' commitment to quality craftsmanship. The snood and gloves are 100% acrylic, and the headband is 50% acrylic and 50% recycled polyester. Note: As these items are not machine made, there is some abrash (differences in wool or dye used during knitting, a sign of authenticity and artistry) on these pieces. See photos 7 & 8 for examples. From Aran Traditions: The Aran Islands are home to a close community of farmers and fishermen. The classic Aran sweater was created here, and the traditional designs have been passed down through the generations. Today, the Aran cable knit is now recognised as a definitive symbol of Celtic heritage. These items did not have tags at purchase and are all new and unworn.
