Has all its buttons to include the inside button. No size tag is listed. I believe it to be a small. The estimated measurements where taken laying flat. The should to cuff is 24. Chest arm pit to arm pit 22". Should to bottom of jacket is 22". Has two zipper front pockets and it a wait jacket style. One inside button and two outside.
