Vintage Plaid A-line Skirt by B*E*S*T American Clothing Co. Size XS

This is a neat & crisp little plaid skirt with red as the main color. Blue and green with gold striping make up the rest of the plaid pattern. It has a back zipper and kick pleat. There is a navy blue slip type lining. It measures 13" at the waist (I could not close the zipper on the mannequin with a 27" waist.) and the length is 21". The hip area measures 18.5". There is no size tag nor is there a full fabric tag but I "MAY" be able to make out polyester & rayon. I am posting the size as XS because of the waist size.
