Antique pince-nez gold filled eyeglasses spectacles

Pince-nez were a style of spectacles popular in the late 19th/early 20th century that were held up by pinching the nose. These spectacles are stamped “AO FITS-U G.F” - they were made by AO, the model was called Fits-U and the glasses themselves are gold-filled. Overall good antique condition. Glass is in beautiful condition. The pince-nez mechanism has oxidization/patina, and one lens feels a bit wiggly. Case shows wear and age.
