There is a loose strip inside at the end of the right shoe, (may be a toe reinforcer or toe “puff”) but it could be carefully cut out if it’s bothersome. Slip-on with tie adjustments, “sublite foam”, removable soles. Measures just under 10.5” inside of shoe from very tip to very bottom.
