Vintage late 1960's-early 1970's Maxi Dress from Betty Higgins Originals Waikiki. No marked size, please see measurements for desired fit. Red and White windowpane plaid cotton + polyester blend fabric with White Organza Swiss dot Collar and lace trim. A-line cut. Ankle- Floor length hem. Zipper at back. Three quarter length sleeves.
