Gorgeous set of 12 Shiny Brite ornaments in box! All are balls with satin cream / light gold finish and stenciled mica designs. There are 6 designs, so 2 of each. The designs include a Bethlehem scene, a reindeer + tree scene, a church scene, a bell + "Christmas Greetings", a "Merry Christmas", and finally a parade of kids toys (such as a pull toy and teddy bear). I'm guessing these are from the 1950s. All have crimped caps that say "Shiny Brite Made in USA". Very good vintage condition. These are old and do show wear! No visible chips or cracks, though I did not remove the caps to look underneath. Significant wear to the satin color covering the shiny silver underneath - see photos - and these will continue to flake off, unless you spray these with some fixative. Some scratches and tarnish spots. Box has tears, creases, and tape residue. Approximate dimensions: Each ball is about 2.5"DIA. The box is about 12-1/2" x 9-1/2" x 3".
