So well made from great mfg American Rag, all over lace dress has a collar, buttons to the waist. Elastic waist for adjustable fit. This sleeveless dress comes with a full length underdress, like a full length cami, has adjustable straps and it can be worn with other clothes as it’s not permanently attached. There are belt loops if you want to add a leather or ribbon belt. Nice full skirt. NWT. never worn!! My home is smoke free and pet free.
