Vintage 90s Short-Sleeve Button Down Top in a short of 'pop art' style. Blue, green, red, and yellow dots with black outlines on a white background. In excellent condition with no notable flaws; however, all tags have been cut out, so specifics are unknown-- though it is suited to a size Small and I would guess its a poly-cotton blend.
