Studying silver, Italian, ethnic hip belt, Boho chic neck necklace

This is a really cool piece. I worn it as a necklace and as a belt, there is a link that I took out in the front when I started to put on a little weight. I do not have the link you can purchase one at any hardware store if necessary it’s super chic without it. The measurements are 32 and 3 1/4 across.
